These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winraj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the winraj website and all related services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, promotions, and any other feature offered on the platform.

3. You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling activities.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

From time to time, winraj may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions (for example, during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, or the T20 World Cup). The specific terms applicable to each offer — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawable winnings — will be set out in the individual promotion's terms and will be made available on the platform at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all winraj promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been completed in full.

All betting markets are subject to the following conditions:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. winraj reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
2. Odds: All odds are displayed in the format selected in your account settings. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
3. Where a result is disputed or subject to official review, settlement may be delayed until the governing body issues its final ruling.
5. Abandoned and Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, winraj will settle bets in accordance with its standard rules for the relevant sport, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Unauthorised use of winraj's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winraj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winraj platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, winraj is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities; (b) any interruption, suspension, or cessation of access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements; (c) any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game outcomes; or (d) any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

winraj's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which winraj operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by winraj in its sole discretion.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact winraj's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. winraj will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe via the live chat support channel (available 24/7, BST, UTC+6) or by email at the contact address shown in the footer of this page. winraj's internal complaints procedure will be followed before any external dispute resolution pathway is pursued.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
